Supply Chain Canada Welcomes New and Returning Members to the Board of Directors

Supply Chain Canada is pleased to announce the appointment and reappointment of members to its National Board of Directors following this year’s Annual General Meeting.

The Board of Directors plays an important role in providing leadership, guidance, and governance as Supply Chain Canada continues to advance, support, and connect the supply chain profession across the country.

This year, Supply Chain Canada is pleased to welcome Shauna Gamble, SCMP, and Ajay Gupta to the Board of Directors, and to recognize the reappointment of Vince Dixon, SCMP, and Adam Zanatta for a new term.

Shauna Gamble, SCMP

Shauna Gamble is a transformative supply chain executive with 35 years of high-impact experience across six major industries. Throughout her career, she has driven value generation through global operational excellence, cost optimization, supplier innovation, and strategic capability growth.

She previously served as Chief Procurement Officer at Bombardier Inc. in Montréal, Québec. Shauna is passionate about talent development, sustainability, and community impact, and brings a strong perspective on leadership, transformation, and the future of supply chain.

Shauna Gamble, SCMP

Ajay Gupta

Ajay Gupta is an aerospace and defence trade compliance and global logistics executive with more than 30 years of experience leading trade compliance, global logistics, operations, and contract security teams.

He is Principal Consultant at Sterling Agility / Sterling Compliance in Toronto. His expertise in defence trade compliance, contract security, and global logistics education will bring valuable perspective to the Board and to Supply Chain Canada’s members nationwide.

Ajay Gupta

Vince Dixon, SCMP

Vince Dixon has been reappointed to the Supply Chain Canada Board of Directors for a new term.

Vince is a senior supply chain executive with extensive leadership experience and a strong commitment to advancing the supply chain profession. He currently serves as Education Committee Chair and is also a member of the Governance and Nomination Committee.

His leadership, experience, and dedication continue to be a valuable asset to the Board and to Supply Chain Canada’s members across Canada.

Vince Dixon, SCMP

Adam Zanatta

Adam Zanatta has been reappointed to the Supply Chain Canada Board of Directors for a new term.

Adam is a senior executive with more than 24 years of experience across supply chain, technology, and operations. As Co-President of GS1 Canada, he brings national and global board experience, along with deep expertise in governance, strategy, and industry collaboration.

He currently serves as Governance and Nomination Committee Chair and is also a member of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
