Looking to learn more about the award-winning Vested model for highly collaborative win-win strategic business relationships?  Supply Chain Canada is teaming with Kate Vitasek to deliver a highly interactive live-virtual course on Vested.  Vitasek – author of seven books on Vested spanning the why, what, how and even the contracting aspects of Vested – will lead you through a series of four half-day course sessions where you will learn the foundational aspects of Vested and how to apply them in one of your supplier relationships.  As part of the course, you will not only learn some of the foundational Vested resources and tools – but you will apply these tools to a supplier relationship of your choice.

  • 16 hours of interactive live-virtual RealPlay® format where you will not only learn, but you will apply key concepts to a real supplier relationship

  • 9 hours of pre-work (includes watching online course topics/completing self-assessments)

*Please note that registration includes a copy of the textbook entitled “Vested: How P&G, McDonald’s and Microsoft are Redefining Winning in Business Relationships”

*Organizations sending a group of three or more have the option to be placed in a private breakout group where they can apply their learnings to a supplier relationship of their choice.
